• Your WhatsApp number (strictly utilized for manual payment verification and account support).
• Your study progress, flashcard interaction times, and platform usage statistics to drive the Spaced Repetition algorithm.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to operate and improve the BeambePrep platform. Your study statistics are used to schedule your future reviews. Your contact information is used exclusively for account alerts, password resets, and subscription verifications.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is secured within our database. We only share information if required by law or to protect the integrity of our platform.

4. Cookies, Storage & Mobile Data

BeambePrep uses essential cookies, session keys, and local SQLite/storage on mobile and desktop apps to maintain your offline study queue, enforce single-device login security, and sync your study logs when reconnected to the internet.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to request full deletion of your account and all associated study history at any time. You can delete your account permanently directly within the app via Settings > Delete Account, or by sending a deletion request to [email protected]. Upon confirmation, all personal information, flashcard progress, and review logs are permanently purged from our servers.
