Because BeambePrep utilizes manual payment verification (via WhatsApp or other direct channels) to activate subscriptions, all sales are considered final once your account has been manually upgraded to "Pro" status. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you encounter a technical issue with your payment, please contact support via our WhatsApp channel immediately.
Your BeambePrep account is intended for your personal use only. We employ single-session middleware to ensure an account cannot be logged into from multiple devices simultaneously. Sharing your login credentials with others compromises your study statistics and spaced-repetition data.
We strive to keep BeambePrep operational 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform routine maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform, spaced repetition algorithm, or flashcard content at any time without prior notice.
